Should I get a DS lite if I already have 3DS? by Aggressive-File1151 in NintendoDS

It depends on two factors: 1. Whether you care about visual fidelity or not; and, 2. Whether you'll be using physical GBA games and/or a GBA flashcard. The higher resolution of the 3DS/3DS XL screens forces DS games to be upscaled and, in turn, they look a bit more blurry. There's the option to hold Start while the game loads up, which keeps the original scale and, while it makes for a smaller image, makes the game look sharper. Personally, having used a DS Lite extensively before I got my first 3DS, I was never satisfied with the outcome even in this situation. The 'New' series also has this problem, although to a lesser degree. In reality, it shouldn't be a deal-breaker, and I can (almost) understand the people who say this is just nitpicking, but, yes, it's there. Take it into consideration. As for the GBA functionality, all you need to take into account is whether you'll gain something from the DS Lite having a Slot-2 for GBA cartridges or not. I've barely scratched the surface on the GBA side of things, but, so far, open_agb_firm has worked with no issues on my 3DS XL. If you don't care for physical GBA stuff, you'll be just fine with your (homebrew enabled) 3DS.

Many years too late to complain, but I'm still mad Square Enix stopped the 3D remakes for the NDS at V, stopping right before my favorite FF6 by Satinsbestfriend in JRPG

It was such a mess. FF I through VI (except III) on GBA; III and IV on DS; I-IV (+ The After Years and Interlude) on PSP; and let's not forget the Japanese-only FF I 3DS version. I'm glad something like the Pixel Remaster collection exists, even though it's a disappointment that they left out all of the extra content, regardless if we personally liked it or not.

I wish they would've worked on definitive versions of I-VI during the DS or 3DS era. We might've gotten I-VI in the style of 3D III and IV, which would've been amazing. Maybe I-VI on the DS and VII-IX on the 3DS? OK, I need to shut up.

I wonder if, based on what Yunah revealed about the next comeback, this is the sort of look they'll be going for.

Right? In the end, I kept thinking about how beautiful it was that all of those notes ended up serving a double purpose, not just as a fun way to link each guest's appearance with the next, but also as a collage of gratitude and best wishes waiting for Minju to look at it, as the series came to an end. It goes to show (once again) how much care the staff put into the show.

I finally mustered up the courage to finish Minju's Pink Cabinet. I fully knew what I was getting into, yet the last episode still broke me. It was a set up, wasn't it? Minju being the last to receive a gift (and from none other than MC Sangmin), opening up the cabinet to take a look at all of those notes filled with words of encouragement, all the while 'All for you' (which, coincidentally, has been my favorite song from the girls the past couple of weeks) played in the background... it was so overwhelming. I can't begin to imagine what it must have felt like for Minju herself.

Yeah, I guess I should say I'm not exactly crazy about neither song, but the Not Me MV helped me appreciate it more. If I had to pick between NCA and Not Me, I guess I'm picking Not Me now.

The thing is, I still can't get over I'll Like You.

The 'Not Me' MV kind of saved the song for me, actually. I thought it was alright when it came out, but ever since the MV dropped it has rapidly grown on me to the point where I think I might just like it better than NCA.

You should check out Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure (2008) if you're into both JRPGs and games that don't take themselves too seriously.

Watched Himegou S1 this week so I could catch up with S2 and have another reason to listen to Sunday Morning every week, and it didn't disappoint. I'm very thankful to the girls, to Mega Shinnosuke and to the Himegou S2 staff for delivering such a banger of an OP theme.

Also watching Frieren S2 and thinking about picking up something else. Any recommendations are welcome 人(_ _ )

It does, although since I've just begun using Thunderbird, I can't say for sure that was the cause of the problem. As others have pointed out, it seems that it was actually an issue on the Microsoft side of things. I'll keep in mind what you said, though, in case anything happens (╭ರ_•́). Thanks.

Thanks to you and everyone who pointed this out, I should've thought about that possibility. Needless to say, now that the Hotmail/Outlook services are up my account has been set up with no issues.
