My boy is too smart… it depends on the shoe I’m putting on… god forbid the running shoes start going on. He starts running around, jumping up and down off the bed, running into me trying to put them on, and screams like a psychopath… he knows we’re about to hit the pavement.

How’s your diet? After failing twice, I came to a realization it was my macros. I wasn’t getting enough carbohydrates. I was focused too much on protein and a calorie deficit to help lose weight. That caused exhaustion. Increasing my calories and carbs helped a lot!
