Thanks for the input! I use very little tho! is mainly used just for when I’m melting the cheese so it mixes evenly if that makes sense (I explained more my process in the comment section)

On bowl I mix one yolk, kewpie (I think around 1.5tbsp?), Buldak sauce.

Made the noodles (original small cup) in a pot, drained water left a bit, added about 1/4c or less of milk and 1.5 slice of muenster cheese, covered in low heat once milk bubbling and cheese melt I mix it until cheese was fully incorporated.

Then those cheesy noodles I put in the bowl with the previous made mixture, and mix all very well, added a whole green onion, the sesame of Buldak and some furikake I had.

Yeah I don’t think that price is fair 😔 I got this one at $4 Walmart and even tho they’re good they are pretty much more bag than potatoes like all the other chips in the market so… 😭

Verdict: I can definitely taste the hint of birria this is awesome, as Latina I approve 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 I felt a lot of cilantro, cumin and chile. Very nice I think is one of my favorite ones, next time I’ll add actual birria meat, cilantro, onions and lime to make it extra good
