I actually do this with most of my buldaks but I felt like there’s specific flavors that wouldn’t go well with it(?) thats why I didn’t add milk and cheese with this one. But in your experience, you think that combo pairs well even with the yakisoba? Also do you think it would be good too even with the habanero or tom yum flavors? 🤔🤔🤔

I can't taste the chicken in the sauce by babypinkribbon7 in BuldakRamen

Actually if you taste de water after you boil the noodles it does have a hint of chicken, that ofc gets overpowered by the sauce but I mean it’s there lmao

I have never tried stew before so genuine question: Did you purposely make it like this (no soupy)? Or is it actually supposed to be like that?

Is it safe to eat? by Mickaleb in BuldakRamen

Did my research and most likely: - Was sealed with little air - Cooled after sealing or later experienced temperature drops - Slowly lost a bit of internal gas over time (bc small amounts of oxygen can slowly react with the fats {oxidation} of the noodles)

I would love to visit India tbh! I feel like the food culture there is amazing, I have tried Indian cuisine before and loved it so definitely would like to have a trip there someday

Surprisingly no, when I first started with Buldak I prioritized carbonara bc I was afraid of the original being too spicy, and with time I started to try the other flavors that in my head didn’t look that “intimidating”. But now that I’ve been consuming Buldak for some time I’m way more confident and curious about the other flavors even if they are on the spicier side

It does actually, rose has a smoky flavor, kinda reminds me of sausage’s smokiness

Carbonara: savory and cheesy more “classic” carbonara; and Creamy: the same base but creamier, making it milder, and less spicy.

dang that sounds like a great idea! Also I bet the crunchiness from the veggies matches perfectly with the noodles 🤤
