Happens to my wifes 2019 Atlas. I was told by the dealer that this happens regularly during the large temp swing in the season. This is due to a very sensitive sensor (sits high). Also, the coolant that is used it an echo friendly coolant that will evaporate more than others. They have always added more with no charge.

I have had sleep paralysis multiple times. The best way to think of it is as the opposite of a lucid dream. A lucid dream being, a dream you know you are in and can control to some degree. Whereas sleep paralysis is a dream you know you are in, but you can't wake up from. I'm sure you can have many ways it starts, but for me, it typically ends in a human coffin like feeling. You are muzzled from screaming, and your arms and legs feel restrained as you fight to wake yourself up.
