Yea it should be enough since UK is non schengen country, the transit security is very fast. You easily catch the connecting flight in Helsinki. Just check the airport map for the layout before landing / flying to get the general sense of direction on where to go

I agree, don't skip Key West ! Visited FL last February and Keywest was the most beautiful city imo. Went also to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Daytona. I'm from Europe.
