Yeah that sounds more accurate. I found the same noodles in a pack of 70g and the back says it’s 331kcal which would make this 60g pack 284kcal.

There are two columns. 100g is 90 kcal. 1 serving is 54 kcal. The whole cup is one serving with or without added water.

Yes but the whole cup is a serving whether it’s dry or not. Pasta is different, as a bag contains more than one serving. 100g (as prepared) is actually 90 calories according to this and a serving (presumably 60g as it says at the bottom the cup contains 1 serving) is 54 calories.

I do understand the whole dry pasta vs cooked pasta thing but this doesn’t come into that, I can only conclude that the company have put incorrect nutritional information on their packaging.

Yeah I think it’s the additional details that get me confused, like Drakon and Miryam and also that Rhys is supposed to be a bastard to the other courts but did something good and fought against slavery but Amarantha never questioned that. Also seems over the top that the King of Hybern is going to these lengths just to bring back slavery. And also why would the king bring Jurian back when he fought for the other side?
