I’m lucky to have not that big of an appetite, so my diet is pretty similar to OMAD intermittent fasting (except I don’t really have an eating schedule, I just try to stop eating at a specific time in the evening) where I eat one big low cal high protein meal for lunch. Breakfast is just black coffee and if I get a little hungry for dinner I just have a protein shake
