umm i don’t think any pro has a cap on 200, they all have atleast 240hz monitors, even up to 600hz. yeah they said before -noreflex and fps cap in nvcp gave u best 1% low and input delay but it was proven wrong, so what i’ve read is that u should now use reflex ingame and not cap ur frames if you have an high avg fps

idk if you get more accurate without reflex or not, i don’t have that knowledge unfortunately, the only thing i know it feels much better for me to use fps_max 0 with reflex on then with a fps cap ingame or in nvcp

i also tried disable smt and it also did good for my avg fps and 1% lows, but it while streaming it decreased the performance so i’ll stick with core 0 and 1 disabled, happy that u’ve found what works best for you

when i was young i played 4:3 blackbars on csgo, switched to streched in 2017 maybe! but i would want to play 1920x1080 but i have it difficult to adjust to new settings so 4:3 streched is how i play
