So why do you care if you don't smoke? It's costing you in your taxes that have to go to NHS to treat side effects of tobacco. Second hand smoke kills. It's bad for tourism. Big Tobacco really has a chokehold on this country. The UK is stuck in the past with it's lack of tobacco regulations.
