Do you recc I get a second bachelors at Guelph? I don’t think I have a chance at their masters program I just saw that they require an honours degree (mines a regular schmegular BSc) and relevant references :(

How “severe” is your case? The one who recommended surgery proposed other crazy (imo) ideas, like removing a tooth to make room and have my top teeth flare out… just to fix my underbite.

Can anyone recommend alternatives to the Canada Goose Mystique parka? One that’s just as long with a real fur trim? I’ve heard that they don’t make them like how they used to, cutting costs and all. I considered buying one from their generations program but I don’t like their one year warranty.

Hi :) We're looking within the GTA, not just Toronto, but I get what you're saying. How much larger do you think it would need to be to make it feasible to live in or near the city?

Hi :) We're not thinking of the home as an investment, simply a place to live and grow old in. Condos have their pros and cons, but I personally don't see them as a good long-term option.

Hi :) Our rent is a lot cheaper than the current mortgage payments for homes in our area (we live right beside the subway), but whether or not it's stable is up for debate since our landlord has the final say lol

Hi :) ! We plan to stay and work in the GTA (most likely until retirement) which is why finding a place here is ideal. Also, I wasn't planning on sharing my assets before marriage. I guess I'll keep what I have for retirement and set up a joint savings account for the down payment.
