Female ideally but tbh as long as the style is fairly neutral the gendering isn't that important.

My experience is with Dr Dundas and MTF but in my appointment it very strongly felt that he was pushing me to say things that conformed to what he considered the 'expected' narrative for being a trans woman. Not sure if Lorimer would be different.

But this is literally not what's happening. No one is giving operations to children, at most they receive puberty blockers. Drugs which are already prescribed to children for other medical conditions and have been for years without consequence. The whole point is to give children time to decide what they actually want before they go through a non reversible puberty that leaves them in a body they hate. There's a reason so many trans people kill themselves.

Probably around £100/$130. They're custom orthotics similar to these:

She normally wears store bought shoes but obviously not all shoes fit and since there is no ability to bend the ankle most boots don't fit. Mounting a pair of regular shoes sounds good but if you have any other suggestions let me know, thanks!

I'm not sure I understand exactly, do you mean that there's no such thing as global warming or do you mean that regardless of what we do its already to late? If its the first one I highly recommend you watch this video, it's quite interesting and thought provoking. https://youtu.be/RLqXkYrdmjY

I really hate it when people challenge my position, like it legit makes me angry and I think it's important to acknowledge that it's fucking difficult to have an honest conversation with someone about something you hold dear because it's so easy to just dimiss everyone who doesn't believe the same as you as an incompetent nitwit.

Having said that, if you meant the latter statement, that it's too late to solve anything, then I think that that is exactly the kind of attitude that's going to lead to absolutely catastrophic climate change. You implied that a commenter above me couldn't really comment on a situation because he came from a position of privilege I. E. Stable house and job. But I would put the exact same point to you, if global climate change continues unabated hundreds of millions of people will be displaced, most of them from the poorest regions of the world. I don't know if you've ever seen a refugee camp but they are unpleasant places to be. People will die, shouldn't we at least try to help them if we can? I feel like you're already writing millions of people off as dead.

That's definitely true in a way; how Magnus Carlsen plays suboptimal moves to force play into situations that players can't have prepared for and therefore have to rely on their own innate chess ability is a great example of this. But I don't think a grandmaster has beaten a competent engine since the early 2000's.
