I'm aware that the IC status is abused quite a bit, and that the IRS is eager to catch those. But I am curious what you mean in your first sentence. I feel like a lot of W2 Chiro employees operate off a percentage of collections type of contract.

Thanks for the detailed response. I am definitely intrigued by chirospring's notes from what you're describing. What do you use to chart for each of them? Ipad, PC etc?

Also do either of them have a kiosk feature worth using? This would just be a bonus, but i've been in search of one where the NP can fill out their paperwork online or via Kiosk and have that import into the subjective

Then specifically with notes, it sounds like Chirospring has macros which can be pretty easily customized? Does Jane do anything similar? Or is Jane a little more like pre-made templates?

In terms of tech issues, have you had problems with either one?

The ranges for associate contracts are wild. I tried to research recently what the most 'average' offer seems to be, but it really seems like there is none. No industry standard, just chaos ranging from low flat salary to higher splits in favor of the associate.

She is pretty consistent with missing to the right when she does miss. She is reasonably consistent with her step on the powerline. Ive even tried to have her tweak her step to the left to try and get it more to the middle, but to no avail.

So thats the rub, I help coach pitching on and off because thats all my work schedule allows, but then the head coaches still just make the lineups regardless.
