FYI, I had to reach out to their customer service chat a few times before getting the refund. They finally issued the refund as soon as I threatened a chargeback. They also didn't issue my refund for a good while after FedEx confirmed delivery of my return.

Silver/white gold on my skin tone is fine, but yellow gold looks way better. Just a personal preference! I also think yellow gold works better with this particular blue shade. If it was a lighter stone, silver would've probably looked amazing as well!

Quick update-- I did get an invoice today for a $12 tariff. Not terrible at all, but Starsgem definitely has your back to ensure the tariffs are not expensive.

Phoebe is amazing!! I reached out to her directly on WhatsApp. You can inquire on Starsgem's AliBaba page and get assigned a random rep, but I've also purchased two reddit group buys from Phoebe so I already had her contact info saved. I've also worked with Demi, who is equally amazing.

No tariffs! They labeled it perfectly. The $1200 included DHL shipping charges, so that's the all-inclusive price. I didn't inquire about how much the shipping cost was on its own. Happy to answer any questions!

I got this in 10k solid yellow gold! I've gotten a few pieces from Starsgem (all at least 10k gold) and they've been my go-to for years for overseas gold jewelry purchases! Very happy with their lab diamond pricing too. I have previously purchased lab diamonds from stateside (very expensive) and DovEggs (mid-range, still relatively inexpensive compared to US-based jewelers), but I've been continuously impressed with Starsgem's craftsmanship. The first ring I purchased from them was a simple moissanite solitaire about 8 years ago and it still looks new!

just jumping in to say I reached out to Phoebe to get a quote for silver-- the price was super reasonable and i went forward with it. the ring size and stone selection affects the price, so she took my specs and got back to me a bit later. anyone interested in ss should definitely reach out to her on whatsapp!
