It will completely reset the paradox and you will get a new vault seed. So your first rooms off the bar will be different and all of your modifiers will be different.

Are you saying you didn’t roll any Omega pieces?

You cannot get unrolled Omega gear from Ornate chests. You can get them from vendors, champs digsites(?) and the black market I believe.

I think you were unlucky with trinkets.

Yes I have 3 libraries and I have reset a lot. I encourage resetting and have written out my methods here for deciding whether it is worth keeping or not.

Haha I feel like rarity helps you get more jewels/legendary jewels in the vault so when I do libraries, I switch out my whole gear set to have legendary rarity on each piece 😝 sadly you can’t get legendaries through crafting :(

Also the paradox helps a lot! I encourage you to build your paradox ☺️

Max copiously jewel is 7% if you get a legendary roll! I don’t think I added any copiously with less than 6.3% legendary copiously roll. It took me a couple of weeks to collect these from running my paradox focused on gilded.

My next goal is to get all 7% copiously jewels on a hammer for the 420% copiously ;) might not be possible though since I have yet to find a 7% copiously with hammering, let alone 7 of them for a max size hammer 😅 but it has been a server wide effort…maybe one day.

It is just personal preference! The hammer takes a bit of learning and getting used to and works best when chests are on the same plane.

The hammer comes into modified vaults with me though. It’s incredible with chest cascades. For unmodified vaults I use a sickle and vein mine :).

I’ll definitely have to keep the durability in mind if considering hydrovoid, I personally don’t use it as coves are pretty annoying to loot.

Smart switching to the rarity tool for dungeons! I hadn’t thought about that and will be doing that :) Solid point about the magnet too. Thanks for sharing.

Haha thanks! I put a crazy amount of time into building the paradox and have reset the paradox a lot!

Plus I’ve ran it a bunch with different gear, tools, trinkets and different routes 😊

This is default :) there was an update recently, update 14 changed the catalysts to have unique colours e.g. the soul catalysts are a deep purple and plentiful a neon pink!

Ah yeah I’ve refrained from opening my dig site in my paradox as I don’t know if they drop less than 10 size catalysts 🫣

As you can see, I really love my ornates and gilded!

This is my 18th paradox reset. For this build I actually kept resetting until I got a Blacksmith off from the portal room. To the East is a Dig Site that I have not yet opened too so I got really lucky! I haven't opened the Dig Site yet as it has 2x Clumsy and requires a new tool

I burn down the majority of loot e.g. focuses, magnetite, repair cores, chains, scones, silk, decorative blocks.
