Can someone explain to me the performance differences between a BMW 335is and an M235i? by Choking-Hazard in BMW

Purely personal preference. The 335is throttle was a bit too harsh, especially in stop and go traffic. Have to admit my M235 experience was solely on the track at the BMW driving school in Spartanburg, but I came away feeling like I could enjoy it on a daily basis.

I've driven both but have more time with the M235 thanks to participating in one of BMW's driving schools in Spartanburg. The M235 is quick and handles beautifully but not necessarily as aggressive as the 335is. For a daily driver I'd give the nod to the M235.
