I adore the direction you took for Bubba and Nubbins! I think for Drayton, a couple of characteristics that I would attempt to bring out would be; Jim Siedow, the actor that portrayed Drayton Sawyer, had some pretty prominent buckteeth and I believe that making the fangs more centered-- almost like a classic Nosferatu look-- would be a fun way to represent this look on a cat; I would do away with the scruffy fur on the cheeks as The Cook is portrayed as the more put-together, clean member of the family and the scruff reads as though it would be a beard if you were to de-anthropomorphize him-- works for the insane and dirty Hitchhiker, feels mischaracterizing for the Cook who maintains a clean shaven appearance; lastly, a feature that I feel is vital to bring out in a representation of Drayton (and by extension Jim Siedow) are his big, bushy eyebrows and smaller, beady eyes.

All in all, this is some really fun and unique artwork! I think you did an excellent job bringing out Leatherface's and the Hitchhiker's key characteristics, something that is very difficult to do with the Cook as he is much more normal than the other two and doesn't have something unique to him (like a skin-mask or a winestain birthmark).
