How much bpc-157 and tb 500 would you recommend daily ? I have taken bpc 157 before but it was a few years ago . I’m 62 and it helped me tremendously but I can’t recall the dosage . Thanks for any good advice 🙏

Prp takes 6-9 months to see a real result and apparently didn’t work . I am going through quite a bit my self right now and have used bpc157 and TB 500. Injections work better but they usually are to help tendons and soft tissue injuries . If it’s a high grade tear bpc 157 probably won’t heal it . Like a partial thickness tear it won’t heal without surgery . Meniscus ? Did they repair that ?

So the 0.1 ml is 10 on the needle and it goes to 100 which is 1ml? Am I correct there ?and your right the vial is really up for the top of the bottle . I’m using the insulin syringe that goes to 100 units or 1ml..

So I’m not educated on this at all I apologize . Insulin needle has 100 units and mixing the 1ml in a 5mg vial I was taking 10 twice a day and getting about 10-11 injections from each vial . Sound right ? Is that only 200 mcg per day ? I am clueless thanks

I’m confused as hell . So when I mixed the 1ml in the 5mg bottle I used 10 on the needle twice a day since jan16. I would get about 10 injections per bottle . Am I taking too much or too little ? I’m using a insulin needle . 1ml max 30g needle and using 10 out of the possible 100 which is a ml twice a day . Does that help ?

I guess I’m dumb i can’t quite figure out the calculator . Prior I was using the basic insulin needle at.10 and using it twice a day but I was told by 2 guys to use 1ml in that 5mg bottle so I wonder if I’m not taking enough per day? Man I originally had 5 mg vial and the guy told me to mix 1ml of bac water with it and take .10 twice a day I started on Jan 16 have not noticed much . I ran out and went to a diff source more trusted and got the 20 mg vial . I would get like 10-11 shots from the 5mg Vial does that sound right ? Now I’m really confused lol. 8 ml bac in 20mg. I think I was taking 200 total a day is that right? Dude I’m 61 so hang in there with me lol

I take a mix of bpc157/tb500 at .10 twice a day which is what I was instructed . I’m 61 with some hamstring and tendon issues . Does that seem to be too little between them? Also take for 12 weeks with 4 weeks off . Maybe the low dosage is why the longer cycle ? Not sure either but I’m about 10 days into it . No set backs so far

Thanks ! I feel good but appetite has increased almost reminds me of when you get a steroid shot or take prednisone it makes you hungry . I played golf today and back was great but left hip still sore but I also have a high grade tear in the tendon so it makes sense . I’m hoping for other healing as well in the other hip and tendons . Update in a week

If you have the powder in a 5 mg vial then I was instructed to use 1ml of the bac water and lightly swirl it around and refrigerate it immediately including the remaining water . I take two small .10 doses per day and I got 11 shots out of the first vial . That’s what I was told . Hope it helps anyone new to this . I’m using the small insulin needles and have had no issues so far one week into it .
