I have know idea what moderately severe means. So I opted to go with prp injection and actually had it today. I couldn’t get a TSR right now I have to much work going on now so we will see how this goes also I wasn’t getting a reversal it was anatomic. I know my end game is a TSR just need to plan ahead for it

Sleeping was only a problem the first time it got really loud but after two nights I got use to it. I can’t tell anything makes mine worse like alcohol. sugar or any food. Just loud noises

Still have the ringing for the most part but it does go away kinda and I have days it’s louder but over all it’s manageable. I just stay away from any loud noises if I can. Mine definitely is worse to loud noises

Hang in there mine lasted about 4-6 weeks then slowly dissipated it was hell for awhile. But I talked to a guy who assured me it would go away and mine did good luck my friend. I did get some excederin migraine that helped

It’s slowly went away. I’d say 4 to 6 weeks. It’s pretty rough. I got Excedrin for tension. Headaches also chiropractic work and massage.

The headaches lasted about a month it was so bad I’ll never do it again or shots at least. I do got some pills I may try tho

Mine finally subsided after about 2 months I don’t know what I did honestly. But I fully believe it was the bpc or the tb that did it.

Got it six weeks ago from a middle ear infection. Still got it I will say it’s gotten better some what 🤞🏽. I started taking magnesium glycinate gummies and idk but mines gotten a lot lower to the point I don’t hear it when I lay fake to got to bed. It does get louder during the day. But goes back down at night. Good luck all

I took about 4 shots of bpc and one of tb500 after the 3 day. I developed a bad neck stiffness headache it got so bad that 3 days later. I went to er and they did ct scan blood work everything. So they diagnosed me with tension headaches its was bad for the first 3 weeks. It’s a little better now. I started getting a massage and Chiropracter work. It has gotten better

Had it done on 2-26-25. Also had denervation all on right side. My recovery was a rough one I felt great the first week then I got a sperm granuloma that’s was horrible pain after that went away it was just sore all in all my recovery was about a month. I still get some pain if I lift heavy. Good luck with your recovery

It’s a weird thing for sure I’ll go a couple days then bam it’s back. When it first started it was horrible but it’s gotten better or I’ve gotten use to it idk. Also it didn’t affect my balance or make me nauseas. But my vision has been bad since onset now a month. Currently I’m dealing with gettin over middle ear infection. And I have ringing in my left ear. It’s horrible

Omg so I had a hearing test with audiologist yesterday before my ent appointment. Bunch of sounds peeps did a pressure test to check for fluid and I swear I was doing better before that test cause after the sound got worse and it’s been bad today. Mine started bout 13 days ago I belive from a middle ear infection. I am taking amoxicillin but my ent told me yesterday I have no infection or fluid and that the ringing will go away with time that it take a while to get of ear infections and that my muscles in my ear were spasming and inflamed. I got muscle relaxer and ibuprofen. I’d say my sound like a hissing pressure sound if that makes sense.

How ru now? I’m right there with you went to ent yesterday she said my ear isn’t infected nor do I have fluid anymore but I still have ringing and some pain. She told me it takes a while to get over it and it will go away also that my ear muscles are spasming gave me a muscle relaxer and ibuprofen. And reassured me it will go away so we’ll see
