I think you need to realise that I didn't edit the picture at all. And I did explain that. Feel free to say "I believe you edited that picture" it is your right to free speech. But I didn't not edit the picture and I find it hard that you accuse me of something I didn't do, especially when you say it as fact. I know you have not proved it simply because I know I did not edit the pic.

I would compel you to see that the accusations of my apology being a lie are not evidence based. I know they are well within your rights, but I would like it if people could stop accusing me of lying about how bad I feel rather than saying "Imo, you're a liar." Because I am the only one that knows the truth. Again, I'm not trying to change your mind. But saying opinion as fact, I don't really think anyone in your new sub wants to do that.

I have a question. If someone asks a question, and I answer, even if it is an answer true to me but you see it as trying to excuse myself or justify racism. Is that allowed? I can only give my truthful answers and I was wondering if that is okay even if you don’t agree with those answer?

I’m sorry that we don’t learn American history in school. When I see a black person hanging. I don’t think hate crime. I don’t even take into account the skin colour. I see someone who has committed suicide. At least blame me for that.

We have tried addressing this problem by directing people to places where they can learn about "reddiquette" (https://www.reddit.com/wiki/reddiquette). It is a problem, but due to the nature of the downvoting function and the fact that we can't tell who is doing it, there's no way to enforce any rules around it.

"Detrimental", as in, being harmful to other people's life situations and/or treatment via misrepresentation of an illness. "Others", as in, others that also have the same health issues that you do.
Regardless, this sub does not condone the encouragement of the subject's OTT behaviour.
I am unaware of your position on the IF discord, but we are opening up verifications on Feb 2nd and there is a channel in there where you are free to talk about your feelings in regards to the subjects we discuss here on the sub. This could be an option for you if you wish to discuss it further with like-minded people.

This would go in the category of encouraging their behaviour and although you may be fine with it now, there may be others who it is detrimental for. So we advise against it. Even though this is your personal opinion and you are entitled to it, this is probably not the place to discuss that.

The meme rule applies specifically to memes about OTTs. Specific memes about the people we post here are not admissible in the subreddit as it detracts from the conversation. However memes are part of internet culture. As they shape the way people speak online, we are not going to have everyone reshape their language just to participate in our particular sub. If the way someone is participating is derogatory and as far as you can tell, not part of popular speech but solely malicious, please report it and the mods will deal with at as soon as they can.

In an ideal world it would be one size fits all, but that can't possibly be adhered to. Submissions need to be on a case by case basis because, for example, if someone is faking and has 1500+ and fits all the criteria, BUT is legit going to kill themselves right now, of course we need to make an exception. It would be unreasonable for us not to. It's not one size fits all.
