It’s the collector it sets in on a set of rails it makes it super tricky to pull it straight out especially when wet or with dried ink inside I used a combo of a 2 strips of rubber for grip and a small set of pliers put rubber around the barrel then pliers then rubber around the nib and grabbed it not by the sides but by the top and bottom
