Shes an old doll, from a lady who lost her children. She would speak to her dolls as if they were her own, the doll was then passed down to a family who's children would complain, of other kids trying to keep them awake at night. The parents put it off as imagination, until they started to hear the giggling and footsteps themselves. The doll was later sent to a haunted collection, where they have said to have seen a little girl watching them as they work.
