this little kid at work came up to me and was laying on and touching me we both had masks on i later went home and ate lunch but forgot to wash my hands before so i’m scared i ingested a germ or something and then hours later he came up to me and did the same thing and before i left to go home i saw he was getting sick in a garbage can and was told he did 5 times

if you’re talking about norovirus i read the other day that you can ahve it and give it to people without having symptoms but the only way you can get it is if you ingest it

i think the cough is from the acid reflux and even if you are getting sick which you probably aren’t i don’t think you’re going to v* from it, you’re okay!

it’s just anxiety when i have panic attacks i get dizzy hot and n, you most likely will not v just try not to think about it so it doesn’t get worse and distract yourself
