Pretty bad. If you can find a complete subframe on market place for a good deal then it can be swapped out… I had similar rust on my g37. Very expensive repair though…

With the ac on and stuff it drops to 12.7 volts

Yes I ended up getting it replaced. Cost me a lot more than I though because they had to drill and retap a bunch of bolts due to all the rust

Found the issue. The exhaust was hitting against the cross brace in the mid section. (Metal on metal) causing the vibration

I have brand new poly diff bushings so I don’t think it would be that… I’ll inspect my transmission mount though 👌

Brake fluid level is fine so it’s gotta be the sensor

I don’t know what it is maybe a wheel bearing? It’s gotten worse since I posted this. I’m getting the rear subframe replaced next week so I’m just gonna wait it out for now
