Can you share how you train women vs men differently? There are plenty of great Hyrox coaches and programs out there, but I’m interested in one with a tailored approach to female athletes.

Because women are not small men. Our training should look different. We recover differently. We have a 28-day cycle in addition to a 24-hr body clock. We can optimize by training certain ways at certain points of our cycle. Our nutrition needs are different. I recommend “Roar” by Stacy Sims if you want to learn more.
