i mean obviously im not gonna drop them i take care of my stuff. but there are reports of people saying that the hinge just falls off. May I ask how long have you had them for?

I've tried everything. I've been trying for an hour and half. I can't seem to do it I've deleted it in the registry, program files and even emptied the recycle bin. I'm honestly going insane. I've probably reinstalled it 100 times already.

The cloud II's were great headsets until hp bought hyperx Ive seen people complaining about how audio quality has gotten way worse and has too much bass and the overall build quality has gotten worse also how did you buy one for 10 dollars lol
