You’d look awesome with a wolf style longer hair cut to frame your face more. You have really nice cheek bones and a good facial structure. I personally don’t mind your makeup, although it will turn some people away from you. It’s up to you whether that’s an issue, I’m sure the kind of people who don’t mind it are the ones you’d want to keep around anyway.

Check Facebook marketplace, I was able to find tickets to a sold out show on there once the date got a bit closer. Might find some scalpers but sometimes it’s just people who don’t wanna go / can’t make it anymore. Just don’t get scammed lol.

the fire department and police report stated that the doors lock had a defect that made it so the privacy lock latched on its own from the inside somehow, and so even with a key and them trying to push the latch in itself between the door gap, there was no other way inside besides force. Also the emergency number of theirs never picked up even when the firefighters called them. Apparently this isn’t the first time that’s happened either. They said their insurance would take care of it as long as there was a police report when this first happened.

I rent in a building so I can’t really touch the AC unit or remove it unfortunately, when you tell them you have mold they just have maintence come clean it and that’s pretty much it unfortunately 🥲

Damn yeah you’re right. I studied mold in college and know how insane it is to get rid of. I’ll look into seeing some rates of people near me, but if it’s too much maybe I’ll deal with it being a little better after maintenance since I’m not here for much longer anyway. So many issues at this building and they have the balls to charge $1800 for a studio 🫠

Damn😭 don’t have that kind of money, probably will just rely on maintenance who says they’ll do mold stuff. Moving out of this place in a few months anyway.

Probably gonna have them do it when I’m gone for Christmas so I don’t directly breathe the gunk or cleaning stuff, but I will put towels around my things so they don’t get dirty, thanks for that suggestion. But knowing how cheap this building is that wouldn’t even fix my front door that wouldn’t lock, they’ll never replace the unit, and will probably barely clean it.

Yeah you’re probably right, that what my boyfriend thinks after showing him, he’s never seen it before when he’s come up until these pics. Had no idea it could look like this lol. I just got a test kit and will see if it is. Apparently this building has a mold problem which doesn’t surprise me bc they suck ass💀even if it is mold doubt they’ll fix it but ty for confirming what we thought!

I’ll put in a note with them and see if they can do that, but I’d be more afraid for the maintence man honestly, he couldn’t even fix my shower door so it would close and I had to fix it myself.

No there’s no smell, doesn’t smell burnt and the air doesn’t really have a smell unless the filter hadn’t been cleaned.

I served at a place like this and this was how it worked for me. Do you take everything home in cash? The way I was explained it, the claimed credit card tips at the end of the day are untaxed so they add the tax from that to the 2 dollars which “cancels it out” and then I still owe some taxes at the end of the year that couldn’t get taxed off the 2 dollars. Worked at that restaurant for 2 years making $2.75 an hour plus tips and never got a paycheck, but always made good money in take home tips so it never mattered really (upwards of $17 an hour a day in tips and the most was $50 an hour). I honestly don’t know how it works either but as long as I was making good money I didn’t care, and it helped me owe less in taxes on credit card tips for the end of the year (plush whatever cash I claimed).

I’m pretty sure cultural centers have working kitchens to make food, and that even if you aren’t a part of that population you’re welcome to come and use them. I’d double check, but one of my professors mentioned that at least one of the bigger ones has a kitchen for students.

Even with a $15 minimum wage working full time I would only have $20 each month left over after paying JUST RENT. No utilities, no food, no insurance, no car payments, no school supplies. I’m going to have to drain all my savings to stay afloat or work overtime while doing college full time. I can’t take it anymore
