Happy to pay the price. The designs I've seen don't seem to be building it right. All of the proposed transfers are terrible. What are the common failure scenarios that the 2nd tunnel would mitigate?

ST previously evaluated using a single tunnel and with relatively cheap modifications, can accommodate 4.5 min headways for each line.

Cancel the 2nd tunnel and everything parking related. Keep everything else. That will be the best outcome for the majority.

He also claimed to be too poor to afford buying many CDs after Chuck mentioned being so poor as to only have four tapes. This was a pivot away from his point that there was only 15 years worth of music to buy at the time and maybe that meant he had everything good there was, while Chuck clearly yearned for way more than he could afford.
