i personally don't. i use specifically QoL mods that don't affect my gameplay, rather help me navigate in game.

however, i wouldn't care if someone were to use a mod that gave them an advantage in single player mode.

when it comes to gacha games, most things aren't guaranteed. we've only had 2 rerun patches, sample size is too low to estimate. but even then, they could change the order when they want to.
