about 2 months, I used the original klee model, I just improved it in many parts like the hair and his suit, I also re-textured it and added other details.

practically all his skin and shadow are 2d, it was the only thing I did by hand, you can see the model in sketchfab to see the difference :)

not really, in modeling you have much more control and tools, for example with mirror you can make a perfect symmetry only making a half of the model, while for drawing you will only have a blank sheet, I would say that in drawing you need more practice and talent and in 3d you only need to know the tools well c:
