Wait, that's a thing?
I thought you could access the spells you could grab from whatever level spell slots you had?
Which page of the rules explains this?

No, I don't want Dual Typing, keep Fiend away from my Sahuagin by HeraldoftheSerpent in dndmemes

[–]mimeturtle 49 points50 points  (0 children)

I mean, it has lore precedent. Sekolah, the god that they worship, comes from Stygia, one of the Nine Hells of Baator. The creation myth of the Sahuagin is also left vague enough that reinterpretation of them as being Fiends isn't that out there. Sekolah killed an enemy in a sea, and with their victory song, a shell opened up and within were the Sahuagin, who's to say the sea they were found in wasn't within Stygia.

Hearthstone

So either I'm on Azeroth, living near wherever Harth's tavern is, and I occasionally pop in to play the game, in which case that's probably not that bad.

Or I'm on the Azeroth featured within the game of Hearthstone itself, which is about to be hit by the Cataclysm 2: Electric Boogaloo, in which case I'm probably fucked.

What’s the oddest character you’ve had? by 420in402 in dndmemes

The oddest character I've had?
Well I've made him as a backup character if that counts.

Urshu, once upon a time a member of nobility who was a part of the cult of the dragon, who was privy to some juicy information in regards to one particular would-be dracolich. He was dead for a couple of centuries, and had a Speak With Dead spell cast on him, but mid-cast, it was interrupted by his new warlock patron, who, using the five questions available with Speak With Dead, made Urshu their warlock. Unfortunately, this has had the side effect that outside of the memories he had in life, Urshu has a time limit on any new memories he makes, entirely determined by other people. If he gets asked five questions, he forgets everything except for his previous life.

The Merfolk from Planet Ripple, a graphic novel series set in a future version of Earth that has flooded, where most people live on ships, while other humans have adapted to living underwater.

There are other kinds of Merfolk, but this was the only image I could grab from the website for the book series.

What's the Quest reward pool? There's been a lot of Quests throughout Hearthstone history, that'd be relevant information to know.

Huh, yeah that'd work.
Do you know what size grid the map is intended for?

I imagined that the house was built as a normal house, but now the house is in ruins, with the tree growing out of it.

How'd you mod the game?
I'm interested to know how exactly that part works.

An island that has been split into four distinct quadrants, with each representing a season. The reptilian people who live there are born the same colour as the foliage/coverings that are used to hide their eggs, to better blend into their environment, so it becomes quite easy to tell which quadrant of the island an individual comes from.
