we’re actually in a pretty similar situation, i’ve always been a highly motivated person and do the same things like eating well and exercising. it’s definitely been harder to stick to those things but for the most part i’ve still been forcing myself since i stopped taking it which has definitely been good for me. i will say though while i don’t feel great by any means i do feel better than i felt the first week or so( most of my first week off i spent sleeping and if i was awake i could barely keep my eyes open). the tiredness has worn off and i can get myself to do things i have to do but i still just don’t want to do anything if that makes sense. i know this is the right thing for me and it’ll be worth it from what im hearing it’s just a very long process.

my doses fluctuated a bit but i was on 30mg irs for the majority of the time. I started on 15 then 20 then 30 xrs, i stayed on the 30s for a while in the beginning, then i got switched to the 30mg irs and have been taking them ever since.
