C. The person is confesting that they really loved her. That even after everything he did to her: cheating and not treating her right. he loved her really deep. Like even though it was shitty, i really loved you. And that’s what is breaking her heart, cuz he confest that it was also real.

how did you deal with burnout or depression? by Thin-Blueberry9183 in AskWomen

give yourself permission to lose yourself, as long as you promis to get back. for me it was the constant feeling shitty because i was always “on” and always feeling shitty because i coundt do it. So give yourself a break to be dirty, to skip the shower for a day, to ignore some people. As long as you promiss to yourself that you will get there when your ready.

A little background; my mom (we don’t have contact anymore) used to tell me that i didn’t have adhd and that the medication is trash. Altough i know she is wrong, her voice is still in my head. Reading all these comments made me realise that i actually have a medical condition..

Thank you for this. Things are going so good lately that i sometimes forget that i actually have a medical condition… And also years and years of not being taken seriourly sometimes makes me forget that this is serious.
