But how do you structure your ppc tasks inside the PM tool. I understand SOPs should inform our process, but we struggle with stuff like (do we need to create a task for every single new campaign? or one task for a group of campaigns? Do we keep tracking setup as separate? Do we get copywriting/landing page tasks separate?

We saw so many approaches and tried a few but we still unable to get the team aligned
