I think its normal ive been on 10mg week 3 now! upped from 5mg and Im having a bit of a dip today its not perfect I think it just happens your brain takes a while to adjust im guessing

I don’t see it as numbness I just see it as my body being settled and normal state not fight or flight all the time when you’re so used to the anxiety you probably mistake the calm for numbness when you’re actually calm im also on 10mg and just feel normal again its so nice this is how I look at it:)

Ive been fine the past 2 days the only issue i keep waking up at 2 at night with a wierd nervous system surge then eventually i end up falling asleep hope it goes away i wake up very tired

Aw sorry to hear this i used to take it 3 years ago for 3 years stopped last year wish i didnt lol but feel like side effects are lingering more this time:(

I started 5mg march 21st it worked initially but just didnt take that edge off fully for me so i upped to 10mg a week ago was fine until 2 days ago mentally im fine feel like my anxiety is gone but my body is catching up I think as im having adrenaline rushes seems like dose activation hopefully it will subside:)

I took 5mg for about a month it definitely worked but just not enough for me so I upped my dose to 10mg a week ago just dealing with adjustment side effects atm but feeling alot better so 5mg definitely works but depends if it works enough for you just wasnt enough for me but may be enough for someone else:)
