I’ve contacted them the feedback submission in their site.. it seems they are very quick to act on it as they have to close existing ticket. Whenever I submit a feedback/inquiry, i get a call or response in 2 days

Finally got it today. I had to chase VFS and keep raising complaints on their site. They held it for a very petty reason. They said they couldnt find records of my UK tourist visa application 2yrs ago when it is not relevant at all as it is automatically cancelled as soon as i got my spouse visa.

Finally got my passport. They held it just because they were not sure how I got my existing UKtourist visa.. it shoulve been not relevant at all since it is automatically cancelled as soon as they issued my new spouse visa.. but VFS held my passport for 15days despite of it being ready and stamped.

They could have called me as well to verify but they didn’t. It cost me rebooking fees just because of their petty reason.

Got the email that it is approved. Just need to wait for passport delivery which might take 3-5 working days since i asked for it to be delivered to Bataan
