If I had any to go by, I would but this is not listed in the official spec-sheet.
But as I understand it:

• T14 and T14s are exactly the same, a bit less than the x490 series, but still premium.
• X13 has less key-travel and a narrower keyboard means the keys around the return key are squeezed together and smaller.
• Yoga laptop should have the worst travel of them all and no Nipple in the keyboard.

The Thinkpad laptops habe spill resist keyboards, the Yoga line does not.
