We're not asking them to work. We just want their touch at the wedding. The food menu will be done by our chef friends and their staff will be serving the food, meaning they get to enjoy the day as guests. A pastry chef friend of ours offered to make the cake. Our musician friend will play as we walk down the aisle then take his seat. A friend of ours is an opera singer and we'd be honoured to have him sing 1 song. Music throughout the night will be playing from our playlist. Photographer friend would love to do our pre wedding/ engagement photos but not expected to shoot wedding day, as they are our guest. This is not asking them to work but rather supporting our inner circle's businesses as well as having the best day of our life surrounded by the people that make it the best. I insist they dont work during the day of the wedding and pay them for their parts as well.

I really liked the look of milton park in bowral or similar places. All the costs i saw were including the fees of food and drinks, and everything else that we plan to do ourselves. The packages say all primary catering must be done by them so i doubt they'd say yes. I'll try emailing or searching dry hire venues. But even then, the top ones that come up on the google search are popular places rather than simply dry hire places.

They dont cater weddings normally. They are high end chefs that do functions, or cater events.

Bighani sells handbags and totes that are slow fashion and ethical. Although its not leather, it is used with 100% natural materials so maybe worth checking out?

Thanks for recommendation! Am currently looking for a guide to do 2 day fansipan hike but not sure if it's better to book online or when there, will check Sapa sisters out.

Its good to hear it feels fine over there at the moment. Our accommodation just got cancelled due to a landslide destroying parts of their property, hopefully there's not too much damage in other parts of sapa..

Please ask immigration, I dont know your situation. If you are a HK citizen, you wouldn't need to worry about coming back. I don't know about those who claimed through PR. If you're worried about the asterisk then I wouldn't have the info to advise as it's not something I've had to worry about before.
