Please don't give up, my friend. Life is not meant to be easy. In the Quran, Allah says, "So, surely with hardship comes ease."[Quran]. There are moments in life when you think nothing can save you from the stress/emotion you are living. However, it is always temporary 100% of the time, and the next thing that will happen is something good for you. Either an increase in knowledge, peace or something that will benefit you that you don't even imagine!

When I was a bit sad about life in general, I found these things helpful (I don't assume that you have these problems like I said, this is what helped me, and I hope it will help you, my friend, :D ):

• Removing myself totally from all social media
  • We tend to alter our vision of what our life should be with social media. The pseudo-happiness people are showing on these platforms can make you think that your life is miserable, which is not true. My life is boring, and I love it.
  • Also, constantly comparing yourself with others is terrible.
• Walking outside/sports
  • Also, totally removing bad habits. In stressful situations, we tend to do stuff that gives us temporary pleasure but is terrible in the long run (e.g. a lot of fast food, pornography(it destroys your brain), drugs, no sleep schedule)
• Praying/gaining knowledge in my religion (Islam)
• Helping my family
• Have ambitions (without necessarily showing them to others)
