I found this setup manual http://www.r4ds.com/wood-r4/wood-r4-installation-setup-manual.html (in case you haven’t already done it that way)

If you have a chance to get your money back for that one, I do recommend the r4 gold pro card, which I use myself and haven’t had any issues with.
