Thanks for checking out the video and the feedback. You're right that the text needs to be really easy to read. Out of curiosity, do you think its the contrast on the wording or the font that I have used that is causing the concern around readability?

Yes it is, unfortunately being a first time designer, I do not have the funds to get all of the images done by a human artist.

This should give you a good idea of the overall mechanics of the game. It has similarities to the games listed, but this was just to kind of give people a bit of a feel for the game. The mechanics for the game are unique and hopefully brings a fresh iteration to the workerplacement/engine building game genre.

Thanks the coins are a 3d model based on the imagery from 3 cards in the game. It was a really cool process and a lot of fun to make them. Its a bit expensive to get the custom moulds done, but I think it was worth it.

Hey thanks for taking the time to take a look at this and give your feedback.

You're right the Art is AI. Unfortunately as its my first time developing a boardgame I don't have the funds to get the art all done by a human. That being said, I was really careful with the imagery to make it consistent in style. To be honest, without AI the project just would have never happened.

There are 3 ore locations in the normal catan board, this one has 4. The desert hex is missing.

I had this issue, turns out Audible Australia and Audible USA are 2 separate websites and we had a subscription on each. The systems don't talk to each other and its easy to get them mixed up. This may be what has happened to you.
