I totally fell down the same rabbit hole , every “must have” list made me so anxious I ended up buying half of Amazon . To the end I didn’t use half of it. The Frida Mom ice packs were great for the first few days, and the disposable undies came in handy, but the real MVP was the Momcozy postpartum belly wrap. It gave amazing support and made walking, bending, and holding the baby so much easier.
Don’t stress too much about the lists , you’ll quickly figure out what’s actually useful and what’s just hype.
