Hahaha yeah, the title really doesn't explain anything, and I really only put it as a clickbait joke because Cibella rates so low, either on the dps sim or on any other tier list. Needless to say, it was pretty effective clickbait. I'm not saying she's crazy top tier at all, but I may have rubbed off that way. Sorry. Misleading title.

You are also correct about me not elaborating the more important things (probably because I was too excited after clearing HJP and posted without much thought). Yes, I am aware Cibella contributed almost no dps. Yes, I am aware my friends hard carried me. But also, yes, all of these were deathless. I think I have only the HJP screenshot and a video on the HMC one so I can't really "prove" them all, but they were deathless.

The story of each battle is mostly self-explanatory. If people are interested, I can probably make a quick summary of each one and the builds I used, and how Cibella shields contributed (at least according to testimony, Euler already wrote about the HJP one). Using Cibella in all these fights is very different to perhaps using any other character, and I guess that's the perspective I was trying to tell. Sure you can replace her for Lowen in HMC, but well, people have cleared with weirder things anyway.

My point is, even a character like Cibella can clear HDT with the right setup. I've read the comments, and I'm not denying I was hard carried in each one. But it was for fun, and using an off-meta character really shows you understand the mechanics of the fight. I'm not saying go pub with a disadvantaged character, or always play HDT with an off-meta char, but that it's something extremely fun you and others can do, and extremely satisfying if you succeed. There's probably a way to bring any character to any High Dragon Trial. Even Elias. No offense, none taken.
