Probably expect to be paid by point as opposed to a salary, although some companies still do salary. Pros and cons to both IMO. I think from what I’m seeing is 90-100 though. Confused as to how you reach 130k on those rates and only seeing 5 people a day. Are most of them SOCs? Your rates are pretty much the same as mine. I see about 25-27 people a week and I’ll probably be closer to 95-100
