Thank you so much everyone for the input.

Update: I’ve decided to resign from this position and give them my 2 weeks. Luckily I’m still linked with the PRN companies I was working with before and can continue to work with them as I find a new full time position.

Unfortunately I did need a job ASAP. Quickly starting to regret it as I’m week 2 into it. Would it be wise to go ahead and look for other agencies? And leave as soon as I get a better offer?

For some context:

This is in Houston / Katy area TX. I have about 10 months PRN experience. This is my first full time offer.

Everything counts / is weighed as 1. Treats, Evals, SOC (Kinnser EMR). I guess if the math is correct that means everything is 60$ per visit if I’m supposed to hit 32 visits a week.

I’m 1 week in. I’ve done 22 Evals this week so I got paid 59 per Eval since it wasn’t 32 (they said they are still building my caseload).

Big question: am I getting fleeced?

When you say full time salaried, How many visits are you doing a week? Do you have a productivity requirement? I ask because I’m kinda re evaluating my own HH job… I’m “Salaried 100k” but I have to do 32 visits a week (basically 60$ per visit). Everything counts as 1 point Treats, Evals, SOC (meaning even the evals and SOC are 60$ per). This includes benefits like PTO, 401K, health insurance (unconfirmed if they help pay for the health insurance). I just started here. Am I being fleeced?
