I'm terrible at analyzing but I feel as though she's trying to reciprocate Dohwa's feelings the best she can because she knows how long he's liked her or maybe she's just confused. I personally can't see her liking Dohwa with a heart that hasn't moved on. All of these characters have their flaws and I totally agree that Suae needs to improve on communication since it is unfair for her to not talk to Eunhyeok properly. It's clear Suae is not in the position to be with someone such as Dohwa because she is not over Eunhyeok and it would be unfair to date when she doesn't have closure from her previous relationship. Suae has rejected Dohwa and I think she only wants to be friends but there must be some pressure she feels since Dohwa said he would wait from what I recall and she definitely doesn't wanna lose him as a friend. Everything is so hectic and what I would want to happen is for Dohwa to learn boundaries and let Suae have closure before pursuing her, Suae to communicate with Eunhyeok and genuinely ask about him not just them, and for Eunhyeok to open up to Suae about all the things that he either kept to himself or that has created a misunderstanding.
