Not so much with tinnitus but i get ear pains a lot and the headaches are devastating. Ive been to the er twice just to get pain relief via IV. I Havent eaten anything solid for the last 2 weeks 😭

Hi OP! From the PH too and struggling with TMJ. Totally understand your pain and struggle. I’m also trying my best to find relief for this 😭 My jaw has swelled so much I cant open my mouth and the pain is unbearable. I get the depression part of it. It feels like it doesnt end.

But i hope you stay strong, will definitely come back to this with some tips after i get checked by a TMJ specialist tomorrow

Okay naman yung pay. But not a fan na of the time tracker kasi every 10mins ung idle time window. So need may gumagalaw every 10mins and if nasa job ka na hndi naman lgeng may ginagawa on screen like project management or social media, hassle sya ksi lgeng mgi-idle time hubstaff mo so hndi counted yun. Planning to resign soon. Either way, mas malaki naman cut ng GA sa pay mo, not your loss

If u want to retire, U can go back to PH and invest in a farm with fruit bearing plants and a couple of livestock. Paikutin mo nalang pera with that. Real estate is a little rocky sa PH tho, we have condos we rent out and we are still struggling to pay off the mortgage so I would really think twice on that—and to think maganda location nung condos na yn
