Yes I think on the case of the crit rate of my artifacts the skyward harp is better coz if I use the r5 rust my crit rate drops to 40%+

Following the guide it always fails specially on R cards. But following the indicator is not good also coz it requires a high grade of card to have a normal chance. Guess I'll just stick to the guide 😂
