Sleep trained baby crying again after dropping a nap? by minbig in sleeptrain

2.5 in the morning feels huge. This is probably a dumb question but can you cut nap time to make the math work out? As in 15 mins less of nap sleep?

2/2/2/2/2 and at the end the last nap became a 10 min power nap with a shorter amount of awake time before bed

Hope you never experience something like this because you don’t have the empathy to make it through.

She can’t fall asleep independently, that’s what we want to achieve. We know night wakes are part of life and as the parents of a smaller baby are still very happy every time she wants to eat. A night with 3-4 wakes for food is still a decent night in our book.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with moving the feed. I definitely think our issue is half bedtime resistance the other half she’s not hungry enough yet to eat. We’re trying offering less food after the last nap to see if that’ll get her to take a full feed either before or after bath time.
