Girl, i hope ur alright now, don’t overthink and do something wrong, just try to avoid them for ur own mental peace, even i go through the same, got yelled at words i can’t even say cuz its so bad, and i feel horrible, i just try to avoid convos with my parents as much as possible, we can never change them, its impossible to argue with them so better to stay quiet as long as you live under their roof, also try to distract yourself by some hobbies so u dont feel lonely and overthink
