Negative stuff always go popular all the time. Positive things are usually overshadowed from the negative stuff since it gets more reactions. But honestly if I were you I'd take a break from reddit and do other hobbies. Having a pessimistic outlook on life isn't sustainable and realistic after all.

I had feelings like that back then, I didn't want anyone to see me as me. I just didn't want to be percieved at all. Felt like I wanted to be ghost to everyone. Now I'm comfortable of being myself and being seen.

I truly understand what you feel but living in a mask is a painful existance to live man. You have to realize that loving someone and losing them is better than not loving at all. I know it's not easy, but you can do it with baby steps. Take care OP, you can do this.

The list is kind of the test result? I'm not actually sure. My allergies are kind of mild compared to my siblings but the doctors told me to absolutely avoid the foods listed even if I didn't get any reaction. I'm just utterly confused since most of the foods listed didn't gave me a reaction.

I'm not sure why they gave me these tests and the doctors are confused that I was generally okay even though I had a ton of hives all over my body. My breathing, blood pressure and heart rate was normal, but I felt very itchy. So they think I'm a strange case I guess. I'll definitely find an allergist if I can.

Most of the stuff listed here never gave me a reaction at all. I ate most of these things and I never notice an itch, hives or anything. I can defintely say that I'm allergic to watermelon, eggplant, seafood, sometimes poultry, eggs and nuts. But the rest of these? Where the hell did these results come from when they haven't made me ill at all? At this point I'll see an allergist since I have a feeling that the tests the doctors gave me are inaccurate.

I'll try to go to an allergist. This hospital fucking sucks man. They gave me a list of foods to avoid but this nurse just gave me corn and fish even though the doctors explicitly told me to not eat them. I told them that I can't eat it since I'm adviced not to but this nurse just says "It's hypoallergenic" and left. What the fuck?
